"I have always followed the horizon."

My first journey beyond the United States happened in fifth grade on a cruise to Nassau, Bahamas. I remember standing on the deck as the shoreline disappeared and realizing the world was far larger than my neighborhood. That moment set my compass.

In high school, I traveled to Costa Rica. Soon after, I joined the United States Marine Corps — not only to serve, but to see the world. I lived in Japan for three years and traveled extensively during my service. Over time, I set foot on six continents and lived in multiple countries.

After my military career, I transitioned fully into professional art through Little Dog Art Studios. What began as a personal outlet evolved into a serious creative pursuit and a growing body of work collected internationally.

Why the Duck & Compass Society

"Ducks migrate."

They travel.
They adapt.
They cross borders without losing direction.

Duck & Compass Society is built on that spirit. Each compass-marked duck carries humor, craftsmanship, and quiet backbone behind the brush. The world they inhabit is playful, but intentional — a no-conflict universe where the only adversaries are rough seas, missed flights, and bad weather.

Some ducks wear uniforms. Some serve on flight decks. Some chase island sunsets.

All of them are plotting a course.

This project merges everything I love:

Travel.
Storytelling.
Collectibility.
Hidden details.
Community.

Based in Houston, Texas — guided by a lifelong love of exploration — the voyage is only just beginning.

Plot your course. Find your quack.
